Dr. Sir Thankyou for information. I need one suggestion. Angioplasty ke baad 1 din ke baad se 99.2 ke around fever aata rehta hai. Its been 10 days now and 2 times 100.4 fever gaya tha starting me, apart from that fever is in between 98.6 to 99.4. pichle 2 din se halki khaasi aati hai kabhi kabhi, and raatko ac me sone se subah uthke sar bhaari bhaari lagta hai. 6 days ka antiboitic, and 3 days fever ka dose ho chuka hai. Please suggest. 🙏
Need to check blood counts. And if fever persists do blood culture. . Less chance of being related to heart issues...

Sir my father had no symptoms of any heart disease but since last week he had mild pain on left arm so we did all tests including ecg echo tmt trop t test etc ,everything was normal but still that pain was present so we further did angiography and dr said he had 90 percent blockage in LAD and some minor blockage in non dominant vessels ,so immediately dr asked for angioplasty and suggested to do it as soon as possible and asked for 2 stent placement as it was long segment according to him
And now it has been done and my father is still in ccu for observation so I just wanted to know that is this decision was right or wrong as my father was completely fine before angiography and had no symptoms
In case of 90 percent blockage of lad better to get angioplasty done as it is the main artery of the heart

Also Echo finding were - Normal left ventricular systolic function. (LVEF-65%) Grade II diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle. Mitral valve annular calcification present. Mild pulmonary artery hypertension.
