I also felt emotional when she mentions she knows we miss her and it makes her sad that we are sad she is gone and that she felt cheated, but going on to say she is happy she had a positive impact on us.
Out of all the readings on Aaliyah on TH-cam this is the most plausible and believable. I really got emotional listening to this. Aaliyah has had a really powerful and positive impact in my life. She makes me believe that I can do anything if I really work hard for it. Just an amazing person. I shed a tear when she said she is happy we still play her music and that her legacy will live on.
When u touched on her not wanting to talk about the past...it brought me back to when the vibe magazine where they did the article on her and I remember the person who was doing the interview was asking her a lot of questions and a lot of those questions she absolutely WOULD NOT ANSWER! I just remember being upset with her because I felt like she was being mean...fast forward I’m 36 and your reading confirmed to me that she was very private about things and it was just certain things that happen in her past that she just didn’t want to talk about....u did an amazing job and I can just feel from your voice that u truly was speak to Aaliyah..I think if I heard her voice I would have cried

That's the message I received two days ago, that she's happy she had a positive impact on people, especially young black women, that it is a big part of what she was here to do. Then I seen a flash of myself as a kid trying to do her hairstyles, and experimenting with more make up looks. I know for a fact Aaliyah influenced me to be stylish, look my best, and feel good about myself.
