@travelingbuzz272 ji ha yeh policy SBI ne withdraw karliya hai woh bhi customers ko bina notify kiye. I don't know yeh kya scam hai SBI ka. Mera 8years se chal raha hai yeh Arogya Premier health insurance aur iss saal ka Mera due date 25feb tha, so last week hum premium bharne Gaya Jo 12000/- pa hai toh pata chala ki yeh policy toh bank ne withdraw kardiya aur hum log ko upgrade karneke liye bola woh bhi double amount de kar. So now they are asking us to pay 22000/- instead of 12000/- 😡😡
Without customers ko letter ya notification bheje aise kaise bank policy withdraw karsakte hai?? I said I want to close this policy toh woh log bolrahehe ki hum log ke paas ye option bhi nahi hai, so lakhs of rupees invest karne ke baad ye Saab scam kar raha he SBI. So hum Saab ko jo ye policy meh invest Kiya hai unlogo ko complaint karneke liya request kar raha hu [e-mail] aur usse baat nahi hota to hum ombudsman me complaint karenge. I ve made my complaint and waiting for the response😔

Generally the worst policy. When it's time to claim you will keep running round and round. Even the policy rules will mean something else. The customer service has no clue,they are like scripted robots

Baby cover nicu hospitalisation is not cover in this policy, 60 days and 90 days pre and post tretment also not coverd.
