About this video - Today I have shared the recipe of Gulab Katli. During the Summer season we offer shital samagri to Shree Thakurji so Gulab Katli is the Pushtimargiya Dudhghar Samagri which we can offer to Shree Thakurji in ushnakal and utsav/festivals. Process of making this samagri is very simple so must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
2 Cup Fresh Rose Petals (ફ્રેશ દેશી/ચૈત્રી ગુલાબની પાંદડી)
2 Cup Sugar (ખાંડ)
1 Cup Water (પાણી)
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder (ઈલાયચી પાવડર)
1 tsp Rose Water/Gulab Jal (ગુલાબ જળ)
Store it upto 5-7 days (આ સામગ્રીને ૫-૭ દિવસ સુધી સ્ટોર કરી શકાય છે, પરંતુ શ્રીઠાકોરજીને હંમેશા તાજી સામગ્રી ભોગ ધરવાનો આગ્રહ રાખવો, દરેક વૈષ્ણવોએ શ્રીઠાકોરજીની સેવા તથા સામગ્રી પોતાના ગુરુઘરની રીત તથા આજ્ઞા મુજબ કરવાનો આગ્રહ રાખવો)
