To save 9 minutes of your life
    1.Not good training :
1.Solution. Plenty of great training videos online.... try to get hands on as much as possible; hands-on = success
    2. Not having enough projects exposure
2.Solution. Find a good idea and just do it..learning to do it and figuring it out is half the fun and helps you learn much faster and understands deeper concepts
    3. Not pushing harder
    3. Solution. DONT GIVE UP MAN..we all go through tough times and hard to understand concepts, just persevere and ask those around you, there is never a lack of help (AKA StackOverflow)

in Professional environments its not often any problems with coding skills, the problems often has a relation to lack of project management and low quality in the system requirements.

    1) Find out a good training
2)Not in Exposure with real world Projects
    * Understand the workflow of the project

Number 1 reason why people suck is that they think they have understood whereas, in reality, they have not. how many times you have forgotten a basic algorithm that you coded week/month ago. This is because our mind does not like remembering details in too much, hence we need the more visual algorithm to walk through and overview from which code can easily be produced. imagination and visual / picture remembrance are much more needed. Also raw creativity requires rich imagination and throught process plus paper work. commercial work pressures end up forcing person to repetatively pick a copy/paste solution and after a while it becomes a part of you. Good code/design can come only through throughness which often is hard to achieve in places of deadlines/commercial pressures.

Hi Hitesh, The video is really inspiring. Recently I started to learn Javascript from your playlist. The first reason you told here was my problem. But later I understood missing a quality trainer doesn't make sense.
The thing is that we must have a passion to learn. That's why I started to watch your videos. Your videos are truly amazing that the way of explaining something. I wish If I would have such a trainer in my college, that at least I would have learned 2-3 programming languages.
The second point you told here interacting with live projects [ real-world challenges], can you help me with finding such projects to strengthen my programming skills.

I slightly deviate from your first point. Teaching programming in white/black board is not unworthy. There is something called dry run. We need to execute our program manually as it is done by Compiler. This skill will develop only if we write program in board.
In most of the interviews this dry run approach is most required. To debug the program and to explain the flow.

Idk what my issue is i dont suck at coding but i always delay anything whenever i get stuck at anything
Ex? Im pretty much good in java i could write anything you want BUT ask me to make an android app using android studio, i would open android studio i would open new proj then fuck it all up then close it and delay it and move on into another thing like reading about game programming and get better with it once i get good at it i stop then go back to that android app stuff... Now i forgot most of my coding skills when i was in college i used to be much better with algorithms as well as knew how to use libraries now it just feels like im always in rush and dont have time
    ...... 😑

I learned c from institute and i was thinking that when my teacher will teach me on the board as she always teaches on the computer but i was wrong as because of her not teaching in the board i got A+ grade in C programming test and now I am C certified programmer well I am in Class 7 thats why she preferred to teach me on computer.......

  • @YaserFarid

I'm not a trainer and surely not a normal trainer, I do conduct some training for teachers teaching them how to teach others programming.
For me the most important things that you suck at programming are:
    1. (As you mentioned) You do not have a goal, setup a goal for yourself, if you're learning C# and you wanna learn about database management give yourself a project and never ever diverge from your project, don't try to make things simpler, if you have imagined you want certain animation, do it, even if it will take most of your time in programming and even if it's totally useless for your program.
    2. Be logical, many people simply give up because they find something complex to understand, make a small program that deals with that situation, today it doesn't matter how many programs you write, making 100 different small programs to test will not eat up your HDD space.
    3. Read a book about it and a reference manual, book will give you the concept of how a particular person does something while manual will tell you how each function must be used, make a habit of enjoying reading a reference manual.
    4. When you have written your program don't be afraid to test it to a breaking point, if you don't test it, it doesn't mean the problem will go away by itself, test it and try to break your code by abusing all the rules you aren't supposed to do.
But most important thing for any programmer to learn programming is to give yourself a goal, not a simple goal like I know + so I'll do 2+2... give yourself a goal that you think is impossible for you to do and if you haven't understood something or if something isn't clear you'll learn it while achieving that goal.

    Hello
    Bro, Hitesh
I am Naman Sinha, one of your follower. I watched your video about college drop. I have a question, i just completed 12th. But I think college kills creativity of the Students and set a limit for there skills, So, I doesn't want to go to college, I am programming geek, so if I learned programming from any other sources and became pro, then if i go to a interview for a programming jobs, can I get the job that way or i have to done something like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates Done 😜.
    Please Reply Bro........
