The Quran equates marriageable age to a mature and sound judgment:
“And test the orphans [in your charge] until they reach a marriageable age; then, if you find them to be mature of mind/sound in judgment, hand over to them their possessions…” (Quran, 4:6)
Please pay close attention here. Marriageable age is equated to sound judgment; an age in which a person can responsibly handle their possessions. In the name of God, are you really trying to tell me that a person is sound in judgment at the tender age of, say, 12?

2- His argument about the norm in the past is wrong, if you look up Sassanid laws in the 7th century you'll find the minimum age of marrige for women was 14-15yo, the reason for this is that girls who are younger than that have a much higher chance of complications due to pregnancy or even death at childbirth + most of the time they'd suffer viginal tearing (sometimes extreme) during sex. (The sassanid empire wasn't an exception, jin dynasty in China in 7th century had a minimum age of marriage 15-16yo, and the byzantines had it at 13).

Great Video. From a personal point of view, if you have true love for the Prophet peace be upon him and the Quran then when you hear about the Age of Aisha it should not cast doubts in your mind because when you look at his guidance one can only assume whatever he did he knew best. Also we do not know the biological clock of male and females during that time. A good example to consider is in the United States, where girls at the age of 8, 9 or 10 look like teenagers and teenagers can easily be mistaken for a 24 year old.

In 622, at the time of the Hegira, Asmaa (big sister of Aicha (ra) was around 27 years old and she was pregnant).
Can you explain to me why her sister didn't get engaged/married at the same age as her little sister?
you also explain to me why the best friend of the prophet mohamed, abou bakr the father of Aicha and Asma to decide/propose to the prophet to be engaged/married his daughter aicha who was between 5-9 years old while asma was married around the age of 20 years (which I doubt, because waiting 7 years for her to decide to have her first child at 27 years seemed long to me at that time)??.
and how is it that according to the age of all the wives that the prophet had, only Aisha was 5-9 years old when he got engaged/married to her??. even Maria the Coptic, was not that age... the list is just below. you can do your own research to calculate it yourself.

      Juwayriya Bint Al-Hârith
Age: She was 20 years old while the Prophet ﷺ was 58 years old.
      Safiyya Bint Huyay
Age: She was 18 years old while the Prophet ﷺ was 60 years old.
      Ramla Bint Abi-Sufyan (Um Habîba)
Age: She was 36 years old while the Prophet ﷺ was 60 years old.
      Maymouna Bint Al-Hârith
Age: She was 36 years old while the Prophet ﷺ was 60 years old.
      Maria the Copt (Concubine).
and as the sheikh says in the video, there is the Quran and there are the collections of the life of the prophet (asws).

No life expectancy was indeed 30 due to war, food, and many other factors such as clans etc
Womens bodies matured faster in arabia and still do bc of the heat that the human body gets exposed to
If i compare myself to my cousin who lives in a hot country, he looks more mature than me due to his geographical location and he is mentally lore a man than me even tho i am older due to the need to work hard and getting exposed to life at a young age
He didnt play on a tablet in mc Donalds, he was selling milk on the street
He was surrounded by adults so he matured fast in comparison to the western ppl including me
This shows that 1400 years ago in a hot country, a desert would surely make girls who mature faster than men physically, make them mature even faster due to the heat physically and mentally due to the inability to be a child for long
Even adult women at that time played with dolls
      Adult women!
Not bc they were immature, but bc there was literally no other medium by which to have fun
Dont you think that this environment would make people, especially women mature extremely fast??

All the other 12 wives were older than 17 years when they married the Prophet. Khadija was 40 years old and the prophet was 25 years old when they married. sawda was 55 years old and the prophet was 50 years old. Aisha was supposedly 6-9 years old and the prophet was 53 years old. zaynab bint khuzayma was 30 years old and the prophet was 56 years old etc... all the other wives were over 17 years old when they married. so we end up with only 1 wife who was supposedly a child (a successful 6-9 year old child reported information from adults in the stories available in the hadiths). let's make an example. imagine that a person would have had 13 wives and that only one of them specifically reports that he supposedly married her at the age of 6-9 while the events reported by his other wives clearly indicate that she all married the prophet beyond the age of 17. what would your reaction be?!.

During the time when the prophet Muhammad lived, Arabs counted the age of a girl or woman after they reached puberty. Accordingly, they would say that a 20-year-old woman who entered puberty at 11 was 9 years old. Again, you can understand from this historical fact that the prophet Muhammad was not a sex addict. When the Prophet Muhammad made his first marriage, he was 25 years old, and his wife Hatice, whom he married at that time, was 40 years old.

Please pay close attention here. Marriageable age is equated to sound judgment; an age in which a person can responsibly handle their possessions. In the name of God, are you really trying to tell me that a person is sound in judgment at the tender age of, say, 12?

since the Quran states you have to be of sound mind and majority age to get married then it’s obvious Aisha (RA) met those requirements. So either she remembered it incorrectly or the Hadith was remembered and transmitted incorrectly or she was exceptionally developed for a 9 year old. Her not knowing her actual age or it being exaggerated is the most likely reason of all of these as there is overwhelming evidence that her estimates of 7,9,10 don’t align with historical facts.

A common misunderstanding is that Aisha was engaged at 6 and married at 9 this isnt true and I will tell you why. This statement isnt found in the quran but only in one hadith. If you look into the islamic history you will find that the quran was revealed when she was 5 and the boycott of Islam happened when she was 11. The boycott lasted for 3 years then the Prophets uncle and wife died shortly after putting her at age 14. The hijri happened when she was 15. Before Muhammad (pbuh) engaged her another man did but his family were afraid of Aisha having an influence on the man so the engagement was cancelled. Do you think a child has that type of ability to influence a man? She was obviously an adult at the time. Aisha was then engaged with the prophet at 16/17 and got married after 3 years. This shows that she was atleast 18 during the time of marriage. (Edit: I started a war in the comments 😬 )

(The pen does not record the deeds of three persons: the child until the age of puberty, the sleeping person until waking up, and the senile until sane.) Or, the age of fifteen is considered the age of adolescence. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn `Umar said, "I was presented in front of the Prophet on the eve of the battle of Uhud, while I was fourteen years of age, and he did not allow me to take part in that battle. But I was presented in front of him on the eve of the battle of Al-Khandaq (The Trench) when I was fifteen years old, and he allowed me (to join that battle).'' `Umar bin `Abdul-`Aziz commented when this Hadith reached him, "This is the difference between a child and an adult.'' There is a difference of opinion over whether pubic hair is considered a sign of adulthood, and the correct opinion is that it is. The Sunnah supports this view, according to a Hadith collected by Imam Ahmad from `Atiyah Al-Qurazi who said, We were presented to the Prophet on the day of Qurizah, whoever had pubic hair was killed, whoever did not was left free to go, I was one of those who did not, so I was left free.'' Ibn Qudaamah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: With regard to a viπgin who is still a m1n0r, there is no difference of opinion concerning her (i.e., that her father may marry her off ). @@Maria-cr6tsWhat you're citing actually logically contradicts your bible (yet another contradiction). Because rebecca had a NURSE and the stated events (what happened on mount moriah, the death of sarah, rebeccas birth etc) clearly align to make her around 3 years old if you do the math. That's what the Rashi did. But heck, even if you do all these mental gymnastics to say that there might be a possibility she wasn't 3 years old, we can do the same when it comes to Aisha. Because in her time in arabia, there was no calender or birth certificate, so she couldn't have known her age that she stated in the hadith. Moreover, you can find out rebeccas age in the bible, but not Aisha's age in the Quran, so rebecca's age is definitely more certain to be 3, than Aisha's to be at 6/9.

The issue is not the age of Aysha since we really dont know her age at the time of her marriage and it is not even important for us to know. The real issue and mental illness is believing Bukhari and Muslim that Aysha was 6 or 9 years old at the time of her marriage. As a Muslim, I am not bound by the rubbish and insults of prophet pbuh contained in the books of Bukhari and Muslim. I don't understand why Sunnis bought into the books and hearsay statements that are often 8th-hand or 9th-hand information collected by Bukhari and Muslim centuries after the prophet's pbuh death. This rubbish information that prophet pbuh married a six or nine-year-old young girl is a lie, disrespect and an intentional mischaracterization of the prophet's character that is supposed to be an ideal example for all humanity till the day of judgment. I urge my Sunni brothers and sisters to please, for the sake of the prophet's pbuh honor and love, don't blindly believe in the books of Bukhari and Muslim. Or at least don't believe any irrationality or lies contained in their books. Allah or his messenger pbuh never obligated you to believe in any person or any book about Islam or prophet pbuh that Allah did not sanction. Please don't become like Jews and Christians. Use your brain, and don't disrespect prophet Pbuh.

Do you know the name of true God? As you know that Allah is not the name of true God but it means all mighty, super powerful, lovely etc. If all the prophets were from Bani Israel then why do Muslim consider Israel as their enemy? If Jesus Christ is from Bani Israel and all the world believes him as a Christian then why does Jesus Christ have more comments than Muhammad in the Qur'an?

We believe in all the prophets and messengers. From Adam to Noah, Mozes, Abraham, Jesus etc. The Jews and Christians did not listen to God. That’s why all the revelations came after each other. The message was, “Believe in the oneness of God”. Look at the stories of all previous people and tribes. God give them multiple warnings after he finishes them, he promised in the Quran what will happen to them on the Day of Judgement if they keep living their way.

      " Deut. 5:6-8 IRVGuj
[6] 'I am the Lord your God who brought you out of the house of slavery, out of the land of Egypt, where you lived as slaves. [7] You shall have no other gods before me. [8] You shall not make for yourself a graven image, you shall not make a graven image of anything in the sky above or in the earth below or in the water under the earth." God Jehovah gives himself his name to prophet Moses. "Isaiah 52:6 IRVGuj
[6] Therefore shall my people know my name; They will know that day that it was I who said this. I am that!”
      " Isa. 42:8 IRVGuj
8] I am Jehovah, that is my name; I will not give my glory to others and my praise to graven images.
"Here God Jehovah clearly says his name and the only God. This is the true name of God. It is written in the Bible 7000 times. You have not given the proper answer to my question. My question is why the Qur'an mentioned all bani Israel's prophet story whom Muslim consider their enemies?

My question is why the Qur'an mentioned all bani Israel's prophet and not of a single bani Ishmael's prophet? Allah is arebic word that means God. It's not a specific name of God. Please read Mark 15-33 where Jesus Christ is using the same word. Do you know the meaning of ' yaah Allah '? Yaah is the short name of yahova who is the true God and who 0:04 should be worshipped. Yaah Allah means Jehovah God. So please give a proper reply to my query why the Qur'an mentioned all bani Israel's prophet story? When they are Jews then why do Muslims say they were Muslim?
