I loved this book. Wonderful characters and absolutely amazing writing. I also loved Thomas and watching his development and enlightenment over the 20 years of the novel. His relationship with Grace over that time period was fascinating, and her enlightenment and discovery of her place in the world that is also tied to her strict religious upbringing was amazing. Highly recommend. I read the book because it is on the Booker Prize long list. I hope it makes it to the short list. Even more people will read it. Thank you for this interview.
