War of Rights, Beyond the Wire, and Post Scriptum... 3 of the best games on their genres, full of immersion and amazing details, developed with total passion and soul...and yes, brutally underrated with an extremely empty playerbase.... it´s a really pity how players can not appreciate literally masterpieces like this, it seens like no one wants to enjoy realistic fps thematic war games anymore.
I agree that those games are all amazing, but Post Scriptum (now Squad 44) and War of Rights are doing well these days. War of Rights is at the point now where we fill up a 300 player server every night with large private events going simultaneously. War of Rights has been growing steadily, and I hope that Squad 44 has been doing the same, though I play it far less. These realistic historical games are niche by definition, they will never have the player bases of big studio titles designed to appeal to everyone but that's okay. Still enough folks that want an immersive battle experience to keep the fires lit.
@@BroMottohll is trash asf its basically a ww2 battlefield nobody communicates cause it’s cross play which is better for the player population but it’s trash for actual people who like to play cooperative games
My definition has always been if you need to attend an organised event and can no longer just hop on and play then its a dead game. I think these games apply since you can no longer play them as intended on most days (full or near full server). not sure about War of Rights though as i've not played it.
It all depends what time you play War of Rights, hit peak time for Americans and you will find 300 players on a public server. Admittedly only one but it’s full and you see what the gameplay should be.
@xXBisquitsXx I play a lot of war of rights and there is almost always a 100-200 player server you can join, sometimes two. Not the largest community but far from a dead game.
How do you plan to get on board thousands of players ( or just few hundred, at lñeast that you need) to revive the games? is it not a task for developers to promote their games and offer better products?. you can try if you are bored. Maybe the delusion of thinking to can achieve such a thing is fun enough to fill up dead time for yourself. It is not realistic. They are 'dead' for a reason. Find out the reason first to find the solution after. Then come back and tell us more.

Day of Defeat Source would be great for this kind of video. From 2005 but still has a passionaten (if not small) player base with some full servers every day. Still super fun too.
I've been playing War of Rights on and off for 5 years. And during certain hours of the day and/or night it can be a bit empty. But it seems to me to have more concurrent players on average than most modern AAA live services and shooters which get abandoned only a couple months after release.
Sadly “War of Rights” servers are sometimes empty and you simply can’t play, but there is honestly no game like it. As a Civil War nerd I am 100% willing to schedule some time on a Friday night to play this game with a full 300 player lobby.

If you want to play war of rights you do legitimately gain a lot by joining a regiment and catching the private events. Pubs are hit or miss but regiment play is the real game as far as im concerned. I understand not wanting to do it since making it for events at set times is sometimes a hassle.
War of rights is probably the least dead game, the player base hasn’t really changed since its inception and you can always find a full or nearly full server
I don't consider War of Rights dead... it's always been pretty hit or miss if trying to play outside of peak hours. Loved watching you play it though Husk... would love more content from WoR.
