I got a 2 pack stealth cam ts24 and for some reason my videos show 2 screens and everything is green. New SD card. No Manuel setting. Idk what to do about it.
Mines not saving to the SD card so I get videos but when I request full video it says it's no on the card. Everything is active and batteries are fine since i have it with the solar setup. No clue why it's being a pain.
@@blueskiesandgreenpasturesp3848 yep, went out to the cam yesterday and put a different SD in it both are 32 gb and I know the one I just put in was formatted. The SD card I brought hoke had 1 pic on it but no videos or other pics that I had received on the app. It's not a stealthcam SD card but is a 32gb SDHC. Not a clue what the problem is maybe I need to splurg and get a stealthcam SD card
Does that do better than calling? Mines been saying it’s processing my payment for days. Their phone number for customer service is crap crap crap. Nobody picks up. Ever.
@richardcranium3579 I stopped using the one you have to pay for. Got a cheaper one that you have to check yourself I'd say it better. With stealthcam you're basically paying for bs cuz you ain't always gonna have creatures in area of camera
I can't even get mine to take a picture let alone send a picture! You're 100% right about their customer service, it's absolutely horrible
Sorry to hear that. The set up is fairly complicated. Have you tested it inside the house to make sure it's all set up?

I’m sorry, I don’t know why it wouldn’t save if it is properly formatted. Good luck ! My stealth cam batteries exploded , so I no longer have one.
My new stealth cam is shit. When I bought it it says I get a free 3 months I've had it for a week and it said my next billing date is next month.
