Dear Joe, at some point I hope you make a video discussing your choosing of using the Chinese system of herbal use vs say the Western or Ayurvedic. I need to look up how the different Chinese terms relate to our Diuretic, Astringent, Hepatic, Vulnerary etc.

Thank you! I am wondering to be honest, why did this man no cure his things - like the hands would indicate some arthritis form - with all that knowledge. I know givers may have a tendency to look after others and not afer oneself and of course lifestyle/habits can come in the way as well and also it has an effect if you are doing basic nourishing things like food preparation on your own or shared with/by loved ones and community.
