Re business - I've not worked for a small business for a good few years now, but saying that, in the UK, I work for a Global Tech company being consulted out to the financial sector, software programming, for banks, insurance companies etc, and in the last 12-18 months, it's been really noticeable, these big corporations have hardly any budget now! Across the board, they're scrimping and saving every penny they can - and they've been robbing us all for years ! ! So I can't even imagine the pain the smaller businesses are feeling !!!
