Definitely one of the best guitar instructional videos I came across. Thank you very much. I agree with "more jazz, please".
Love this song Justin I'm so glad u covered this remarkable tune thank you for being so versatile right on .
Kind Of Blue. Only Jazz album you will ever need.
I'm glad I stumbled across your videos again. Haven't seen one in years but you're by far my favorite teacher on youtube. Thanks for all your contribution!
This is great! As a bassist I just want to point out that PC plays the last low A of the 4th phrase a little later rhythmically, a dotted quarter instead of an 8th note.
Thanks again Justin! Thank you so much for putting so many great lesson on the net.
thank you, learning this brightend up my weekend
Fantastic! Love the jazz!
Thank you for this Justin!
Love your style.
The "digression" was just fine... part of learning to play is learning about the history, the building blocks and the influences.
Thanks!

Thank you Justin, nothing boring here, 100% juicy !!! It's good to learn a bit more than just play the tune, some analyze is very welcome.

Greetings Justin. As always, thank you for the great guitar lessons. I would like to request if you have time,to please give a lesson on how to do proper picking technique. I'm trying to study this riff but I'm having a problem of doing the proper picking technique/correct way of doing it.would appreciate it very much.Thanks.
Jazzy. I will learn it!
this is gonna be my audition piece for bass in college!
Ace stuff there Justin - we need more jazz! These foolish things? Mood Indigo? The trouble being for many like myself, you get the Real Book and start reading the charts finding you get lost quit quickly, maybe I'm just being dumb, but I get lost with it. So, got myself the Guitar Handbook, -excellent - and two chord bibles so far. you're lessons really help to get a grip on things. Thank you sir.
Awesome Justin! More jazz please.
i agree. we need more jazz. great lesson
THAT WAS JUST GREAT TO FIND YOU TEACHING CLASSIC TUNES..CAN YOU DO A JAZZ DVD ..YOUR SUCH A COOL TEACHER THX MARC
BRAVO!!! :)

Great, enjoyed this. -Ron
Thanks Justin, always an interesting lesson. As the former comments requested - let's have some more Jazz.
Done right. 👍🏻
more jazz song tutorials please Justin...they're great
awesome...
Damn you Justin! ;-) Jazz was my respite from all things pop and rock. I don't know how to play jazz so I am a pure audience/listener and I love it. But you and your common sense approach (D dorian is just C major - things I should have known 20 years ago) tempt me to play where I have not dared. 'Cause you know I'm gonna use this riff in a blues song somewhere! :-)
Really man, thak you so much for all that you put into this.
Cheers from Canada,
Dave
Hi justin thanks you for the info mw.
magnificent
YES!!!!!!!!!!
You should definitely do a lesson on the Bill Evans chords, especially major variants.
what are those chords?
I'm new to guitar and never thought I'd be interested, wrong! Top lesson can't understand where the loner is coming from?? Thank you.
bravo :)
Justin. Love that riff. Do you do All Blue as well? Barry
Great lesson! Definately more jazz please!!!
A Vintage Justin Guitar lesson. Thanks from the year 202203245
Haha... Not boring at all... Thx, Justin. ;-)
Yeah, more Jazz!
Can you tell us how the guitar-rhythm is when it gets to improvise over it,
or is it just the riff without the "bass part"?
Thanx a lot!
Muito bom
Youve become much better at walking base, as seen in the autumn leaves lesson.
Hey Justin, i was wondering if these pickups are gibson's 57'...this sg sounds great
yeahhhhhhhhh f..ing miles!!!
would love to see your take another jazz tunes like around midnight, etc., things that will make me feel like I’m playing some upscale changes

more jazz yay! i need to practice some jazz soloing
but as i know you really need a lot of theory with jazz soloing, true? or can it be relatively free-floating on the rythm?
nice
@mini0705 it's called a Gibson SG, its one of the most famous guitars ever made. The SG is the the signature guitar of Angus Young(guitarist for AC/DC, and what gives them that rock sound). if you have any questions about guitars, just ask me
DUDE. Coolest guitar ever man! And best riff ever! You explained it very well :)
Great! Jazz is the coolest thing! Would be great if you would teach more jazz!
siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick
GRAZIE
Why you hurry, no one is hunting you. This piece must play smoth.Thank you for the lesson.
Hi, how do you get that jazz 🎷 sound by using Gibson sg? I dont understand, I did Belive, it was imposible.
Thanks Justin. We love Jazz guitar.
Why dont u put Wes montgomery or G Benson??
Also done by Jerry Garcia & David Grisman
