Off topic, but would like a video on what supplements, food and what the workout routine is like. Because you very motivated and inspiring.
I take fish oil and a multi vitamin. If you want to add creatine to that daily that’s fine too (used to). Push, pull, legs split 5-6 times per week. Eat for your goals based on a calorie calculator and track your macros. 1lb of protein per lb of body weight (or close to that). And fill in carbs and fat with the rest. Consistency over time will bring results 👍👊💪🏼

Grailed bans after a few listings, as well as once support sees a photo, or a product that has already been met, they give a shadow ban because of which it is almost impossible to sell something
I've yet to be banned on grailed and I have 1000+ listings just like this. I've shipped out lots of orders with 0 issues.
@@bryanguerra2 I sold 1,493 items there, and after the rules were changed, I was banned.
The rules on this site are changing as droppshippers litter the site with ramblings and vintage stuff

Hi Bryan - Are you still shipping straight from Amazon to customer or are you doing it where it ships to your house and then ship to customer with the Grailed label?

Use the label from the website. And order to yourself first
So I ship to my house, and then I use the grailed shipping label or my own? How much time do I have to ship the product because it takes time for the amazon package to come to my house?
Correct yes. If you're doing dropship arbitrage they you would order to your house first. Then use the label to ship it out. You can also ship directly on grailed too.
Hi Bryan, thanks for the great videos. I was checking Grailed and it does not give me the option to choose my own shipping service. Is this the same situation with you? Do we have to use Grailed labels ?
I’m able to use my own shipping yeah. The only sites where you need to use their label are poshmark and offer up.
