some of the moves don't work for me. Does anyone have the list? Original has diagonal arrow which mugen on PC don't have so I don't know if that's the reason why I can't trigger? Let me know if someone has the list for PC Mugen for this game.

I don't, I followed what's listed in each characters cmd file. It is sometimes inaccurate, but it's the best I found. I can help you with the moves you need, just write which one you need.

Try having the controller already plugged in before you start the game. Then when you go to options you should be able to configure it.
