Sir, my age is 69 yrs and I am diabetic for the last 9 years. All my tests such as ecg., TROPI/NT-Pro BNP, lipid, kft,, HBA1C(6.7),
vitamin D3,TSH are normal. However Coronary CT angiogram couldn’t be completed as it showed very high Ca+2 scoring(1094).
Now what should I do…Whether I should go for Coronary Angio…

Tier 2,3 city mein kaha hoga angiography sir , i hail from West Bengal .here govt have made so many so called super speciality hospitals but none has basic cardiac facilities.. atleast each district in India must have one cardiac facility.
Had done 2 successive angiographies with in 6 months . The first one show 90% stenosis in om1 , plv of distal rca 100 %blocked with collateral flow from left .the next second one angiography shows om1 totally cleared, a small stenosis 30% in proximal LCX , and plv is 100% opened . How will you describe that changes dear sir ?🙏

CT coronary angiography is best.
Sir in 2019 angiography performed in BMB BIRLA Kolkata and 60-70% blockage found in my right Coronary artery. I am still under medication with clipidogrel 75 mg and resuvatatin 10mg per day. I am diabetic but suger is under control with meformin and regular 7 km walking. But still chest discomfort during brisk walking persit. Your opinion please 🙏

Sir I am from Peshawar Pakistan I have got my pci of LAd in Nov 2019,then CT anjio in 2019,and then in June 2021both time my LMS was found normal.But when I did again CT anjio in Nov 2023 the LMS shows minimal disease sir what can i do please advise 2nd globally you are listening so if you can lecture in English or Urdu it will be enough beneficial thanks a lot Allah Hafiz

2D ECHO, cholesterol level,sugar level,lipid profile and BP everything is normal..
But TMT test came positive...
