Yes, but sometimes it’s hard to find. We often hit a low where our hearts block off that reason (s) and block off the people closest to us, the people who we consult and likely find that reason. Perhaps a poor reason but think of all the people in your life who would feel sad if you disappear and all the people who you may laugh or even the slightest bit happy. I know it’s hard sometimes but keep trudging and maybe you will find something or someone you can live for.
