My mum used to say to me I had hollow legs🤣🤣 I remember when I was very young & she said it to me I used to walk around looking at my legs trying to see what was in them🤦🏼♀️🤣🤣 As I grew up she still said it to me.....I think she was right though 😄 The other thing she used to say was "eat that up, it'll put hairs on your chest" & I remember thinking 'I'm a girl, why would I want hairs on my chest??!!' 🤔🤣🤣

Back in the eighties, there was a newspaper report about a car park attendant in a shopping centre. I can't remember the details exactly but apparently he was very friendly everyone liked him. He was at work every single day, and he would charge £2 per car and £5 per coach. One day, he didn't turn up for work, so the shopping centre management phoned the council to ask if they could send a replacement car park attendant. The council informed them that they didn't employ anybody there and there was no parking fee.
The story got to the press and it was estimated that the car park attendant had made about £409 per day for the past twenty years. The reporter visited his house only to find it empty. It made us laugh as we imagined this guy sunning himself on some foreign beach after beating the system.

I was in Seville last Friday, May 3, 2024. I spent a few hours there, a lot of narrow streets, a cathedral, horse-drawn carriages, it was 28 degrees Celsius. lovely place. I also recommend Algarve, Portimao and the surrounding area in Portugal.

Parking/getting broken into seems to be a thing in parts of Spain. Travel beans had an awful incident recently, so take care.

Enjoying the videos lads. Your interaction with the self appointed car park attendant reminds of a story I heard of from Stephens Green in Dublin. Look after your car mister he says with his hand out, to which the owner replied no thanks my dog ,he’s a Doberman will take care of it. As he walked of the attendant shouts after him does he put out fires !.

Aw another brilliant vlog. Drone shots were wonderful & glad droney is back....its been like part of your family was missing. The editing was brilliant in this & must have taken you ages! The jokes were some of the best I've heard especially the Skegness one🤣🤣 Poor Jess & the bhudda belly ...although I dare say you'd have a queue of men wanting to rub your bhudda belly for good luck & you could have charged €1 & made more than the "official" car park attendant. Loved all the traditional dress & the horses & carriages. Even the bin waggon was cute....never seen one like that before. Watching eagerly as we're off to Spain again in June. We didn't get past the Pyrenees last time but the old towns up there were beautiful. This time we're gonna get the iron foot down and power through France. 💨

Scrap Yards have been "got at", and not in a good way, they are Recycling Centres !!! and everything is organised, compartmentalised, and very clean, and if you are buying, very expensive. Gone are the days of climbing over a dozen cars with a pair of pliers and a crescent wrench to bag a new carburetor. :-(

Morning we went to gibraltar earlier this year parked in what appeared to be a free motorhome spot when we returned from walking to gibraltar we had a parking ticket there was 11 other vans there ours was the only one that had been ticketed mind you ours was the only one with UK number plates

We use to have the parking think in Kenya we didn’t mind they were mostly street urchins they would carry your shopping or watch your car we always gave more than anyone else and we were respected back for it nothing ever happened to our stuff. Nice video again guys.

Late to the party for this weekend’s episode as celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary in Paphos, Cyprus. What a coincidence that you’ve been together 14 years. Jess, you deserve a medal the size of a dustbin. 🤣🤣 this is one of the funniest episodes yet, apart from Jon’s jokes 🙈. I’d be inclined to pay the Euro for peace of mind that they wouldn’t damage the vehicle etc. I wonder if the guy fishing was annoyed that you chose the same spot as him. This has become a nice Saturday routine for me; run half a shift, park the truck up, kettle on, tea, toast and True Blue on the i pad. Time to crack on now though, I've a ferry to catch.
