That is actually a Pattern which you can find in Windows > Swatch Libraries > Patterns > Basic Graphics and Then you Can select lines or Dots whatever you looking for. I hope this will help.

No good for beginners, you need a good understanding before you will know what buttons and menus are being used. To teach such subjects you need someone who understands how to teach, step by step. Not someone who shows you what they can do.
