Nice initiative by the Bangladesh Bank. But it is not so easy to implement. Several Special Tribunals should be formed immediately to complete the Judgment otherwise due to long delay in Judgment in the Higher Courts it will never be possible to recover the loans in time. Sick Banks should be Merged with the Profitable Banks. 61 Banks are really too much in Bangladesh. No need to have so many Banks in Bangladesh. So this plan will never be successful unless there is a systems of Quick Judgments .
