Pick this one up a few years ago, and still love it. Mark Farina Mushroom Jazz album. The whole album is so dope it is a shame more people don't understand the concept on acid jazz............Play the muzik and they will come I believe LOL!!!!!
Didn't think anyone else besides Mori Calliope would use the term "deadbeat" as a regular name. I wouldn't wanna be known as a deadbeat, but you do you. This song is cool, though.
Spring, Canyonlands National Park, batteries in the portable cd player, doses, canned food and no can opener, no tent or sleeping bags, sunrise competing with the confused coat tails of sunset, plenty of water, endless walking, sticking to the trails and proper messy people. Unmitigated Joy.
I need some help please!!! Back in 1997 one of my co workers brought in a tape that he said was mushroom jazz and i loved this one particular song on that tape and ive been looking for this song everywhere. I dont have much info on it but what i do remember is its a triphop track with a piano loop in the begining and samples the submarine like sound from 'Jeru tha damagas - come clean" It also has some scratching the sample "Control the mic like fidel castro" which is also from 'Come clean"
(Continued from my previous comment) I searched hi and low for this track or cd that i was told was mushroom jazz but i didnt see the song on any of the mushroom jazz cds. If what i said in my last comment sounds familiar to anyone, please let me know if you know the name of the song and which CD it's on because i liked some of the other songs on there too. thanks
