Yes I hated how she was towards people sometimes. She wasn't very friendly towards patients either. If I was a patient of hers I probably wouldn't like her very much. I have had rude doctors/nurses like that towards me before and I always thought they were a bitch because that's what they acted like. not really another word for it! it's not really a good feeling being treated by people like her. I know she was just trying to be funny most of the time but it wasn't always funny. So I agree with your comment!
