The plastic groove caps are awful. They are brittle as hell and the flanges just snap off. I've tried hot water baths, hairdryers and even a heat gun. Can you advise what the best way to install it is?
Had a refit done and its absolutely atrocious they now coming out for 3rd time as its not safe for grandchildren. Trip points all over , very sharp edges protruding in places, gaps finer traps the list is extensive. Even fitrite rep is appalled but its still not been sorted. Do not use these people

every thing except the cost as usual ring need to come and have a look oh ok big in take of breath sir its £4000 cash
You won’t get much for 4grand trust me this stuff is mega expensive, I’ve just built my own from scratch and it’s still cost me a fortune 🙈
