How about showing us the microtik settings and configurations, pppoe,vlans,the interfaces, vlan ip addresses, pppoe profiles and secrets, ethernet ports etc..
I think that is what would make your video more unique from the rest.

You have to be on same network where your olt network is. then you can access olt from your mobile in graphical mode or cli mode. But on first time it is difficult to setup olt on same network. You should have ip address configured in olt to access from mobile.
