I believe that QR code is just reporting the latest price on offer. I went to one online auction during COVID all bidder need to registered beforehand. Otherwise the auctioneer won't know who is bidding what price. That saves the staff to wrtite on the butcher's paper to show what is the progress of the auction. Also they advertise 1.3-1.4m but at 1.52 still not on the market. That's illegal, false advertising. Shouldn't call them the Mickey Mouse family. Should say the person with Mickey Mouse shirt. Mickey Mouse have a negative meaning somnetime.
Agree with your observation and feeling. After auction started, I found no one raised the hand but the price moved up. I supposed someone bid online. Then I noticed that this QR code linked website was showing the latest price as you mentioned. When the agent walked out from the house at 16:50, this auctioneer gently spoke out on the market. It’s really different from others. Anyways thx for your comments.
@@samuelmaster He is verey cheeky saying it's on the market in passing comments. He got good voice but I'm not buying from him. He has to announce "on the market" when it's on the market not just a passing comment hope no one can hear it.
