Dumelang....I've been meaning to ask you about your thoughts or review of using laminate flooring in the village house because i have seen someone say that its difficult to maintain and clean.
Laminate is easy to maintain. All i do wipe it down with a damp mop. Do not wet it. It is holding up well. The one i have in my jhb home is more expensive and better quality than the one in my village home. If you have a high traffic home then opt for a higher quality laminate.
