When you press on your character icon on upper left corner of the hub screen, near the bottom right it allows to create an account and just use a translator to fill out the information. Worked for me

You get scrolls by playing ranked pvp or you can buy scrolls from gold

No, It doesn't take forever, I'm f2p as well and you need 300 scrolls for S, and an S rank comes every 4 months so you have enough time and there are alot of ways to get gold in this game
