Inspired by you, I decluttered/sorted all of my old Christmas decorations and bits at the weekend. I've gone from three huge storage boxes to one and a half - the surplus is going to local charity and my daughter who is hosting Christmas this year... I'm going to Poundland on Saturday, so after seeing this, I will be running past the Christmas Decoration section. I'm going to be shopping for Gift bags and wrapping paper/tags. I use the Elbow Grease Scrubber, and it's excellent, especially when used with 'The Pink Stuff'. I really can't wait to see Pumpkin & Mittens wearing their bow ties!

My cat hates a collar too. The quick release ones are a good idea as they're safer, but mine figured out how to pull it off himself! He just doesn't have a collar now 😄

Wow, Poundland really stepped up their game. Love the cat doormat and totally agree on the collars with bells. My vet explained we have to remember how sensitive cat's ears are- so something constantly jingling is very irritating for them. Then also, they are natural predators. Announcing their approach is super counter-intuitive so bells are definitely not a good option.
Great haul as always. I got all of the things from the forest wild range and I've done a spa hamper for a friend,the prices were very reasonable. I really thought you might have brought the red cat dishes they were so cute. What a kind thing to do getting the teddies for the toy bank ,the children are going to love those. Can't wait to see Mittens and Pumpkin wearing their collers and bows,they will look adorable. Enjoy the rest of your week 🥰
First thing I noticed was your snowman mug, next to your cozy cable knit sweater. You have so many more chocolate advent calendars to choose from than we do here in Canada, and the good ones such as your Cadbury or Lindor are a fortune here. I don’t know why. We call those elves gnomes and you call them gonks. We call our Christmas ( balls) ornaments you call them baubles. Love the tour of pond land. Our dollar stores in Canada are LAME. Collecting toys for charity is such a nice and thoughtful idea! I think the soap on a sleigh is very organic & festive. Enjoyed it!!

Hello MrCarrington. Your kittens have grown a bit. Love seeing Mittens and Pumpkin in your videos. They make my day and easily bring about a smile. Having been a cat mom three times in my life time I can agree with many of the comments about cats and collars. I don't know if anyone else got this warning about putting collars with bells on cats from animal Vets, but I did. Apparently, bells are a hazard for cats and kittens. They can get their claws caught in the gaps of the bells and do some (expensive) nasty damage. Vets see this injury often in their emergency rooms. So do be careful with the use of bells.

You made me laugh with those foil garlands, the ones that grandma had - I had some of those when I bought my first house back in 1987. Now you have made me feel old lol. I have to go to Poundland as I really need a cat door mat - I do need a new one and I could have that out all year round. I have a Christmas one - it has batteries and plays Christmas tunes when you stand on it, I've had it for years xx

Hi Mr C! Just watched your Xmas Poundland haul ! My 2 kitties also don't like bells on their collars. I just took the bells off with pliers and they are OK now to wear collars. I love the bow ties from Poundland and will try and get a couple in my local store. Enjoy your lovely kitties...they will have fun this year with all the xmas decorations !! 😀
The cat door mats are lovely and hard wearing. I have 2 , must have had them about 3 years now has a deaf white stray cat I took in loved clawing them now he’s gone over rainbow bridge my tabby does the same. My Poundland hasn’t had any in for ages need to look in again has a friend wants one.

Our Fire Departments, stores and other businesses usually have donation boxes here too. You made me laugh with those foil garlands, the ones that grandma had - I had some of those when I bought my first house back in 1987. Now you have made me feel old lol. I have to go to Poundland as I really need a cat door mat - I do need a new one and I could have that out all year round. I have a Christmas one - it has batteries and plays Christmas tunes when you stand on it, I've had it for years xx
If Pumpkin and Mittens are going to be house cats they don't really need a collar and bell but the collars and bow ties look fun for Christmas Good Luck with the photo shoot with them !! I love the idea of donating the teddies.

Hi Mr C! Just watched your Xmas Poundland haul ! My 2 kitties also don't like bells on their collars. I just took the bells off with pliers and they are OK now to wear collars. I love the bow ties from Poundland and will try and get a couple in my local store. Enjoy your lovely kitties...they will have fun this year with all the xmas decorations !! 😀

The cat door mats are lovely and hard wearing. I have 2 , must have had them about 3 years now has a deaf white stray cat I took in loved clawing them now he’s gone over rainbow bridge my tabby does the same. My Poundland hasn’t had any in for ages need to look in again has a friend wants one.

Hi I should imagine tht elbow grease scuba sponge will be great I do like elbow grease stuff.i use the pink spray oh my it melted my grease off the top of my cupboards .I love the soap and dish.the kittens will look gorgeous I their bows x
