Lol resonance knob is the acid knob XD great tutorial though very useful. But yeah resonance is useful for like makin noises like... squelchy so like if you wanna make a dubstep growl or that squelchy acid noise
absolutely right! reason I called it resonance knob is because it says resonance right under CNTRL 2, but i probably shoulda just said control 2 lol! How crazy would it be to produce dubstep on the 404? haha

Hey bro, have you ever thought about creating a course on using the SP404? It might be a good idea for you. I would love to see a live performance walkthrough, workflow, and some tips and tricks on producing. Give it some thought. I think it would be great! 👍🏽

@@notokkii yes exactly! an external fx box. aside from live sets on the 404, I also I want to figure out how to do that. Another bonus would be to learn how to play and and record samples and fx from sp 404 overtop of audio from DAW . I don't know how to do any of this yet I'm brand new with the 404. PS. I also sent u an email like an hour ago you should check it out! peace
Really great question, Nicole! The only bottle neck I could see is your memory card. I have played full sets (24 songs roughly) on the sp404 with a 1gb sd card. Most tracks were in the 3 minute range so I don’t see there being any issue with you putting a 3 min synth sample on 1 pad :) I hope that answers your question!
@@notokkii So I've tried to upload basically backing tracks on the sampler but when I play them, they are kind of pitched.. simply a bit too fast and I don't know how to fix this problem.. Do you have an idea maybe?

Nice walkthrough man! The 2nd half of MFX can be triggered by holding MFX and DJFX to trigger 13-24! Dope beat to wrap it up as well!

Hey! Yeah dude! It takes a little bit of routing, but definitely possible to use it as a little fx box. I’ll have to make video trying this out :P
