Well they don’t wanna give their parents credit and respect and wanna make it seem as if they were from the trenches and they got their fam out of it. Not only that if you’re hood you have kind of like a shortcut passage to being accepted by the very ppl rap glorifies and worship which are the Hood n*ggas. If you’re from the hood it has being tough tied to it and supposedly the realest mfkers are hood 🤷♂️
lol and being in the suburbs don’t mean you got money, I grew up in the suburbs but I was living in a 4 bedroom home with 10 ppl, shared a bedroom with my MALE cousin AND brother until I was 17🙄And we had the huge roaches because we lived in Florida and always kept the windows open😂 But at least I felt safe going outside as a kid and had a pool.
it’s crazy because i remember when everyone used to lie about their parents having money and living in the suburbs and nowadays everyone is lying about being from the inner city. it’s insane. idk if it’s a houston thing but it’s crazy watching people i used to know start to switch up.
It seems to me that Lawrence Fishburne's daughter is PURPOSELY trying to ruin his legacy. Somehow their relationship must've been strained and she's using him to get attention but in a way that she knows will hurt him. I wonder if she was exposed to people who hurt her and her father didn't believe her or even protect her. We know him as an actor but not as a father. Anything is possible.
If you haven't ever had to struggle financially in your life, count your blessings... Now emotional and mental struggles are for everybody hood or not... I believe King is just trying to fit in with the wrong crowd...
King was not even being grateful for what he has. And he really got to start appreciating what he has and he has such a good life and he was really taking it for granted.
I mean there are celebrities who did it have it rough just like everyday person. And not every everyday people have it rough either. You got folks who live in projects or houses in the hood who are more privileged than folks who don’t even have a roof over their heads
I grew up in predominantly white neighborhoods. Then my mom moved us in with my grandma(who lived in the projects) from July to October. Let me tell you the most traumatic experience of my life. Bullet ridden bodies used to sit on the sidewalk for days before the police would come. Then my cousins were fighting with a rival gang and them mfs would shoot at all of us, I was 8 running from bullets holding my baby brother. I can go on and on, so claiming something you didn’t experience is crazy.
This is something I never truly understood, who in there right f****** mind wants to go and live in the projects or the hood. As someone who grew up actually in the hood like having my house shot up Even having my car shot up to the point I had to call out of work because they shot up my car and then my elderly neighbor because they were aiming at the wrong person. I'm sorry why would someone want to glorify that, don't give me wrong The struggle is real but to try to be making your own struggle up when real people out here in the streets had no choice had nobody to turn to. I mean it was many times when I was younger when I was thinking of selling drugs because it was one of the most easily available choices I had when I was younger. I was going to tell these individuals like people don't choose these choices, these choices are chosen for them based off of where they live and their environment. Most people try to get out of that lifestyle or they try to get past to be better to make something out of themselves. This is why a lot of those songs are popular in so many people can connect to them because those struggles that the artists have are so relatable to most people that you can't help but feel empowered when you're listening to the songs.
My main question that i would ask these folks is would u want your family in these areas would yall be happy living there think about that shit before your as start fantasizing living a lifestyle you've never had to endure 💯
I feel the same way with KSI, he legit forced the way he talks like he grew up in “those ends” but he legit grew up in a respected area, went to private school. His old videos he don’t use slang at all, so I legit ask that why he tries too hard.
I didn’t grow up in a poor area, but I have family and I went to school with people who were literally struggling….seeing that I don’t get why people would want to lead their lives like that INTENTIONALLY
YBN Cordae did grow up in the hood he grew up on the hood side of PG county near SE DC which is the most dangerous part of DC. So he’s not bluffing about that.
I grew up in a rough area in a city in The Netherlands. It’s not comparable to American hoods but it very rough. I now moved to the rich part of the city and I avoid my old hood as the PLAGUE! Being in the hood all day and claiming it, is not cute.
Apparently King was raised by his grandmother in the hood while his mother and father picked him to go film the reality show and then dropped him & his siblings off. While he's going about it in a wrong way, Tiny was wrong as hell for saying King was using a pacifier when he was 12, when he questioned her parenting. He's just hurting yall
24:05 I mean, could easily put her in the right positions to give to him from where she's trying to go. And all you have to do is just take advantage of it.🤦🏾🤦🏿🤦🏽🤦🤦🏻🤦🏻
I honestly don’t understand why people want to be from the hood. I grew up in the projects and it was my dream to be able to leave. I love my experiences because it made me who I am but Im gone.
This kid doesn't know what he's talking about if he says Taylor Swift was poor. Taylor came from money. As far as defunding the police, its not about getting RID of the police. If he did some damn reading about it, he'd KNOW that. I don't think he did enough research. Ice Cube DID grow up in the hood. He just happened to be lucky enough to get bussed to a decent high school. There's really not alot of information about Cordae. The only thing he's said is that his parents moved around alot "for work." That's could mean alot of things. King has said that he grew up at his grandmothers and that SHE lived in the hood. That part IS questionable because why tf would you have your own mother living in the hood and you're living in a mansion? I don't think everything he's saying is a lie.
We all know exactly why because most rappers are praised for being from the hood and the amount of crimes they actually commited soon as peoole find oht they aint done nun they call em fake n lame
Cordae lived in Suitland, Maryland. It is in fact the hood. Im from DC. His neighborhood is the trenches. Cyndi did hang out with alot of rappers back in the day.
the point he was trying to make is that he’s not in the trenches anymore & all these rich celebrities with mansions who live in the suburbs, shouldn’t be saying “defund the police” because people in the hood actually need the police.
I wasn't from the hood but I liked being in the hood sometimes because that's where all the fine ass dudes were. But I lived in the suburbs. Unfortunately we did end up with a really bad roach problem because my mom always let people stay with us. The people left but the roaches didn't. Ugh.
3:32 My thing is, why are you trying to argue with people when we know where you're really from? That's kind of weird. Just going ahead and say you was behind that gate. Cause To me it's kinda weird, you're trying to convince people that already know where you're really from where you really are from. That's kind of weird i'm not going to hold you
This guy is mixing up two different ideas. Growing up in the hood and coming from a good family are two different ideas. When mentioning Ice Cube and Ja Rule he’s wrong. You can’t compare old school things to new school. You can come from a good family but back then live in the projects because the ability to obtain housing in better neighborhoods was restricted.
Who wouldn't want to live in the suburbs or be middle class/upper class? Glorifying poverty is a whole new level of delusion!
Only people who have no identity for themselves want to glamorize poverty when they haven’t been in it
People always want what they don’t have. There’s strength that comes from enduring the struggle, that’s my guess lol
Tiny's little gremlin son. Glinda😂😂. Troyce is too much 😅😂
He should change his name from King to Peasant since he wanna be one so bad
LMAOO U GOT ME CRYIN😭
Malibu’s Most Wanted is looking more and more like a Simpsons episode of predicting everything
LMAO "And her tape was not giving...it was alright."...so what part of the tape wasn't exactly giving, Dee?
“This annabelle”
Its Dee tryna figure out if its cilantro or parsley for me lmao
Not the seed of chucky that statement caught me off guard 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It seems to me that Lawrence Fishburne's daughter is PURPOSELY trying to ruin his legacy.

We know him as an actor but not as a father. Anything is possible.
WE don't need to know him as a father. Why? That's THEIR business.
Celebrities trying to act like they had it rough or had it like the everyday person are insufferable
King was only with his parents, when they had to film. So it made it look like he was raised with his family
I mean there are celebrities who did it have it rough just like everyday person. And not every everyday people have it rough either. You got folks who live in projects or houses in the hood who are more privileged than folks who don’t even have a roof over their heads
This isn’t fair because there are celebs that came from nothing and had very bad upbringing, like Mariah for example
I grew up in predominantly white neighborhoods. Then my mom moved us in with my grandma(who lived in the projects) from July to October. Let me tell you the most traumatic experience of my life.

I can go on and on, so claiming something you didn’t experience is crazy.
I don’t know why he mentioned Taylor swift, she didn’t come from a poor background either, she was mostly upper middle class
Right
I was so confused
This is something I never truly understood, who in there right f****** mind wants to go and live in the projects or the hood. As someone who grew up actually in the hood like having my house shot up Even having my car shot up to the point I had to call out of work because they shot up my car and then my elderly neighbor because they were aiming at the wrong person.

"I get GHEtto" and all that's goin through my head rn😭
My main question that i would ask these folks is would u want your family in these areas would yall be happy living there think about that shit before your as start fantasizing living a lifestyle you've never had to endure 💯

I think for him it's more to sound less "posh" and I think no one really takes him seriously even the rest of the sidemen.
King just got to learn to appreciate the life he has.
Soon as I heard him say lake house I stopped listening
I didn’t grow up in a poor area, but I have family and I went to school with people who were literally struggling….seeing that I don’t get why people would want to lead their lives like that INTENTIONALLY
17:28 got me dying
Annabelle 😂😂😂
And then fat joe coming out saying 95% of his lyrics aren’t real he was just “being creative” aka lying lol
King truly irritated me. I think it's his mouth with those🦷
What do u expect tho with a father like TI. He uplifts thug culture
@@earthangel90210a lot of black men support "thug culture".
YBN Cordae did grow up in the hood he grew up on the hood side of PG county near SE DC which is the most dangerous part of DC. So he’s not bluffing about that.
Not me watching you for years, not knowing you are from Watts!! Me too. I’m from down the street, The Blue Gates.

His grandmother doesn’t live in the hood that’s the part ppl are annoyed with
Why dee go in on shordy like that? 😂😂
24:05 I mean, could easily put her in the right positions to give to him from where she's trying to go. And all you have to do is just take advantage of it.🤦🏾🤦🏿🤦🏽🤦🤦🏻🤦🏻

Damn I’m tryna get rich like them they tryna be inna trenches shii we can swap fr no kap 😂
Ti's son looks like the fish from Karate Island off of SpongeBob SquarePants that had those big lips.
Cordae lived in Suitland, Maryland. It is in fact the hood. Im from DC. His neighborhood is the trenches.
Cyndi did hang out with alot of rappers back in the day.
