      @@TacticalPerformanceCenter I’ve made progress already up to the .5 as my work gripper, T for warm ups, and 1.0 for the “reach”.
      Started with S,T,0.5 a few weeks ago.
      I like the elastic bands to work the other direction as well….

    Grippers are huge for shooting my 17 shoots flat and I can close the 2.5coc.

      Definitely, we talk about the reserve of strength. The ability to control the firearm really well and keep it flat during the recoil is a combination of strength and technique but definitely more pressure will create more friction 👍🏻 and that will prevent the gun from moving inside of your grip. Simple physics 👍🏻
