The founder was definitely was quite oversmart, also peyush was right in terms of his comment on vineeta acquring the company some or the other day and anupam was literally humiliated by them

Piyush was actually trying to save them from Vineeta, Vineeta understands what it is to have the strongest backing for chemical industry backing that her brother already has the expertise in, I'm not quite sure if Sugar will have their own hair colour dye, but from Vineeta tone, I'm damn sure she is going to make use of their expertise to upscale her Sugar business, and Piyush could see that happening, hence he was trying to save them.
I really feel along with business skills, people's skills is very important to know who will be your worth the time, I feel they lost here while having Piyush to save them, this is indeed an intresting Episode of all time, great learning 💯💯💯💯

I know it must have been humiliating for the Sharks because Anupam and Peyush were trying to get their hands on the deal.
But just like they wanted to get the best deal, the founders also wanted to get the best deal. The Sharks were literally thirsting for Paradyes and they realised that. The got much higher valuation and they wanted only Aman and Vineeta, given that boat has been able to compete with foreign brands and Vineeta's Sugar has a perfect target market.
Although I think Peyush would have been a better choice instead of Vineeta but it was their choice.
the only comment here that is making sense. In some ways both the sharks and founders were wrong and in some ways both were right with what they did.

I believe that, regardless of what others may say, they secured the best deal. Her dad operates a business worth 800 crores. Do you really think she came here solely for the money? They initiated with a valuation of 3 and negotiated it down to 2, involving two individuals who could significantly boost her business. Incase ,If Sugar decides to launch a hair color brand, they can source from them since they are already involved in manufacturing. In reality, she has more money to invest than Sugar. All of this holds significance only if the deal comes to fruition.

Ok so I have noticed that I they WILL invest in any business if it is backed up by a bigger company because in that case if the business were to crash they will still get a good share of their money out and quick and if it dosent then they could make it run easily using the money by overpricing the products to make it look "premium". did you see how they did not care too much about the product but the valuation the brother's company's worth. they could invest in his invest as well.
Never choose so called "expertise" over valuation. Nobody is coming to hand hold you and lead you forward. Once the investment is done, they just keeping pressing for reports and returns, and that too is done by their managers. They don't have time to look after each and every company they've invested in.
