I have been subscribed to Carli for years, but for those who can watch a make-up tutorial of hers and not automatically tap the subscribe button, then do you even love make-up? Because it would make me wonder. Carli does her make-up so effortlessly, yet skilfully and definitely beautifully. Every tutorial she does is on point. And by the time she's finished, I'm always left blown away by her beauty. 🐧

How do you keep yourself strong? My ex put me into a depression that still affects me. Do you have any tips on making yourself feel better?
Manuela Arbelaez I think whenever you are intimate with a person it bonds you and it can make it hard to move on. I was the same as you very depressed after my first relationship. Then I changed for my second relationship. We decided to wait until marriage. I was more decisive in what I wanted in my husband and we have now been married for 8 years, 2 Kids later and I have never been so happy. I would encourage you to do things you always wanted to do (cooking classes, photography, auto, go sky diving traveling, etc) Do things to grow yourself and that you want your future partner to have. Finish your education, get your dream job, volunteer in your community, etc. Yes- I did all those things. ❤️
Definitely try your best to focus on yourself: workout, meditate, eat right, get dolled up, go out, smile/flirt. Even if it feels uncomfortable, staying home and letting it eat you up only feels worse! I threw myself into re-inventing my bedroom and that helped! Also if you already haven't cut all contact, social media included with the person. Having an insight into their life will not help and only makes you feels worse. Good luck you will be more than fine!
