First football game I ever saw was Superbowl X against the Steelers. I was 8 years old. I liked the Cowboys colors but what impressed me the most was number 12. The way he handled himself and with the determination in which he played. I asked my dad who’s number 12, is he a good player? And my dad said Oh yeah that’s Roger Staubach helluva quarterback. From that moment on he was my man.

Cowboys on this team who SHOULD be in the ROH: Harvey Martin, Too Tall Jones, Bill Bates,Everson Walls and Danny White....and in a PERFECT world Tom Rafferty and Michael Downs. I know Tex said EXCLUSIVE but these were true legends for the Cowboys. I can make a serious arguement for each one. However Harvey, Too Tall , Everson and Bates deserve most.
The difference in the way black men talked then to now is astounding. WTF has happened to our society that has made acting like a thug more acceptable than speaking like an intelligent human being?
