Wow. The English version is really censored. Although the language is more blunt in this version, I like it better because it does a better job at telling the story.
+Pierce The Jackie I KNOW. i mean i kinda enjoy offensive stuff (but like this not rape/suicide joke offensive.) I love how raw and uncensored it is also your username is goals, i didn't know there were other people who liked PTV and tatu
actually, it's not just theirs; whenever i and almost every other russian person i know speaks russian, our voices get higher than when we speak english. i've been wondering why for years though. :p
incorrect translation, there is not "fuck off me", but "be surprised to see me", but in a rude and daring form, although this does not offend a person. This phrase generally does not translate into English
Alexis Pérez Totally debatable.. The faster Tempo of the English Version is way better than the Russian and fits better with the Lyrics.. Although I find insulting that they changed the lyrics for the English market but I don't blame them.
@bheeter7 All of their songs make almost no sense translated word- for -word. Thats why the just make English versions with around the same meaning, or more 'appropriate' in Malchik Gay's sense.
Thank you. I've been looking for a translation of the Russian chorus in the English version to see if it was something different, but everybody just uses the version from this one site, and it didn't seem to match. This makes much more sense. = )
+Caressa Spann all the wrong things are censored :/ I like all their music but the russian is better in some ways because it's more authentic, and very raw and uncensored
Can pls a russian or someone who understands russian language translate this fabulous music with the exact meaning without censoring I'm still new to learning russian much be appreciated if you help
@deathdabber Usually the English version of a song is a filtered or edited version of the original lyrics, becasue a direct translation wouldn't rhyme or fit with teh rythym of the song in most cases. So what you're reading is a direct English translation of the original Russian lyrics as opposed to the English version of the lyrics.
@Itachiboii9898 Yulia gets attention..! It's just that Lena has put out more work than Yulia has so far..! I love them both..! But so far only Lena is on iTunes, we're still waiting on Yulia! D:

I don't care, it was all staged. they even admitted it. they wherent gay together. they knew each other as kids and when they where auditioning for the part, they noticed how they embraced each other. which is where they got the idea. don't have any problems with gay or Transgender. just fake acts. I still listen to them though.
Yeah. But they aren't the first I'm sure. It was just kind of sad when they told everything and how it was an idea because it inspired a lot to come out. But allwell. I guess good came out of that I guess. :)
@Crazymuffin36 Actually, I live in the US. Not that exciting. The drinking age is 18 over there though. Even here, Russians typically drink wayy before the age of 21, especially on festive occasions such as parties.
@MellosChocolateX3 Oh, of course I knew that it was a common name. Of course though I love using that joke to see how many people can get my stupid references XD
@Crazymuffin36 lol they probs just got drunk and mistook him/her for something else..or maybe he made a russian joke. i'm half russian and half ukrainian. shit goes down at our parties.
I apologize for my previous comment, I never took into consideration the translation of culture along with language, thanks SillehChar for settin' me straight.
@Ruingaraf russian words is too long, but for the good rhyme it should be short. Russian synonims: 'goluboy', 'gomosek', 'pidoras', 'pidor', 'pedik' - minimum two syllables
@Itachiboii9898 Yulia does get attention, but not for the right reasons. She became what no one ever wanted for tatu - a plastic princess singing songs that mean nothing. I will always remember the naturally beautiful girl from tatu, rather than the woman who is insulting Lena now.
People seem to be arguing that the translation is not correct. I'm Russian so I can tell it's right. I prefer the Russian version of this song :3
I'm American and I prefer the Russian version :P
Idk why but I like the sound of it in Russian more.
BreakupForMakeup I 100% agree. I have always loved the Russian version over the English
i hate how they changed words and meaning in the songs...better in russian cause its the real song

I can't decide which version is better, this or English. This version is offensive and wild while the English version is sad and desperate.

skirmich no but you should ask him. Maybe he knows what it is.
