The last arati in a day is the "shejarati". In this form of arti, devotees request their beloved deity to take a pause, take some rest. Bhavras of each aarati is different from the other. It depicts how devotee's relationship with God differs from time to time in a single day. For example, during kakadarati, devotee is referring the deity as a mother, however, in dhuparati it perceives God as a king of the spiritual kingdom. Then, during sanjarati again the diety is personified as a superpower of this entire universe. And finally towards the end of the day, when devotees request deit|y to sleep or rest by literally offering their God to be put to bed just like a small baby. That is the reason why there are few 'palana songs' (lullaby : cradle/ swing songs meant to put a baby to sleep) included in the shejarati. It is amazing to see such a form of devotion or affection for God wherein we perceive God as our baby. Let's see a beautiful peice of shejarati here
