The dancers in the end wearing the different fonts she has used for her name over the years from each album to the second black outfit made to look like the dress from her what do I have to do video to the dances from her videos and Fever tour.
The black dress isn’t actually a reference to “What do I have to do” if you look at it closely, it’s actually Dolce & Gabbana long dress version ion of the infamous short white D&G dress she wore at the 2002 Brit Awards. This is obvious if you look at the “knotting tie” down the side. It stops soo high up, just like the white dress was, and the thigh high boots are black versions of the silver boots she worse that night too. I see the line of thinking about the WDIHTD dress, but unfortunately it’s not, it’s a nod to the CGBMOMH white D&G dress
