It's a really cute place and the upstairs seems cozy during winter. You can watch the rain through the big windows and the heat would stay up there to keep you warm.
It realy looks like you thought about everything in an efficient way! And the color blue on the wall makes it look luxurious and light with the sun through the window. I would renew the contract too! Living happy with Berry ♥

건물마다 다르겠지만 공동주거생활에 피해를 주지 않는다면 가능한 걸로 알고 있습니다! 퇴거 시 반려동물로 인한 훼손도 원상복구해야 해요! 반려동물 금지라면 아마 계약서에 명시되어 있을거에요:) 다른 행복주택이나 청년주택에서도 고양이나 강아지를 많이 키우시는 것 같더라구요 🙂
