Jio World Center, Mumbai, nominated at ACREX Hall Of Fame 2023

The Jio World Centre secured the world’s leading ‘Green Building’ rating. 20% of the building’s total area is landscaped with over 700 native trees.
The space is designed such that 75% of all regularly occupied areas receive natural daylight, resulting in energy savings by 40%. There is a dedicated facility for on-site waste reduction management and 98% of sewage is recycled.
