    The Defense will allow Campbell and Moore to be patient with the evolving Offense. I'm not worried at all because if all else fails they just run inside zone with Orji doing his 240 lb version of Dennard Robinson and it's game ovahhhhh😂

    Michigan scoring defense held opponents to 10.7 ppg bruh, one of the best marks in the last 25 years. It’ll be either Jaden Mangham, Wesley Walker or Brandyn Hillman replacing Rod Moore, Quentin Jonson will more than likely back up Markari Page.

Tyler Morris has lots of experience and Michigan wouldn't have beaten Alabama without him outrunning the entire Tide defense for a TD. Semaj Morgan proved he could play as a true freshman last year too. Just watch the film! Donovan Edwards had 30 catches last year and he was injured. 1. I think UGA will win but it’s not out of the realm of possibility Mich does. All conference transfer, El Hadi can play. Hinton has exp. Just gotta see the tackle play and how they gel.
    2. 2500 and 1000, I think you might as well say he will be in NYC. I am with you on the % though. JJ threw 72%, and I don’t think athletic ability makes up 8-10%.
    3. I think 1000 all purpose is a disappointment for Edwards and for most the fanbase in terms of what is expected.
    4. Sacks I can’t say much about but it can definitely happen.

    First, UM has some GREAT players on defense. 2 in particular are top 15 picks pretty easily. However:
    UM defense will not have the benefit of a reliable possession offense to keep their defense off the field nearly as much as 2023.
    The Defensive lack of (experienced talented, in other words not last minute transfers) depth combined with the lack of an experienced QB and good receivers means it’s unlikely the 2024 UM defense will be elite like the 2023 defense.
    UM has always had good defenses. The difference in 2021-2023 was complimentary football due to good QB play and a sprinkling of elite talent.

    Michigan's actual defense might be better then last year, but it wont be statistically better. They have a lot better talent to go against this year. Its not hard to pad stats with East Carolina, UNLV, Bowling Green, Rutgers, Nebraska, Minnesota, Michigan State and Indiana on the schedule. Now michigan running the ball, does eat up a lot of clock, so that limits possessions=less offensive yards and points.

    • @Frank313Archie
      @Frank313Archie หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If Michigan really wanted to “pad stats” they would’ve kept their starters in the majority of games. Kinda like ohio soft do to pad stats lol. Michigan defense was just that good and made just about everyone they went up against look silly including Washington high powered passing attack that everyone touted was unstoppable. Cope harder

    • @RICOJEEZUS
      @RICOJEEZUS 29 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I think most UM fans still don't realize how spoiled they were with last years defense. I don't see 145 defense even being comparable. We don't have that depth anymore, it's not happening.

    • @Frank313Archie
      @Frank313Archie 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@RICOJEEZUS did you think Michigan was going to have that depth last year when they lost Mazi Smith and Mike Morris? Or what about the year before when Aidan Hutchinson and David Ojabo were so dominant and everyone said the defense wouldn’t be as good but, it was actually better the next season. Michigan has built their program to put themselves in a position to reload rather than rebuild. They scout, recruit, develop and coach at an elite level with an elite strength and conditioning program. Kenneth Grant just came on the scene last year and now he’s a projected 1st round pick in many mock drafts. Guys like Enow Etta, T.J. Guy, Trey Pierce, Cameron Brandt, Breoon Ishmail and Americ Koumba just to name a few are some of the new names that the country, and apparently some of Michigan own fans will get familiar with this year. The depth is definitely there although not experienced but neither was Grant, Mason Graham and Will Johnson but they eventually got on the field and shined.

      All these guys, except transfer Josh Priebe, have been playing/praciticing together for multiple years. The youngest projected starter will be 22 when the season starts and all but one guy will be seniors. Myles Hinton has 21 starts at tackle on his resume (five at Michigan and 16 at Stanford). Gio has three starts at guard already. Andrew Gentry and Greg Crippin are the only two without any starts but both were high four star recruits.

    Defense is better in turnovers and win the eye test , however they will not have the same statistics because they’re going be in the field to much. They also do not have the depth that they had last year. ESPECIALLY at LB and, defensive line.Losing Rod Moore is a huge lose. I think they win 9 games, 10 if they can win one or two the big 3 games. I also think they lose one they shouldn’t . It could be Fresno ST first week , or @Northwestern or @Indiana or @Illinois. I hate to say it but I think they lose in Columbus by 10-17 points. We are one deminsional with Orgy !! If he can’t throw they will stack the box and, make him prove it. I hope we win them all. Last year was best I’ve had in 34 years as a Michigan fan.
