I did it twice, once in 1984 and again in 1986, both times on Maico 490 enduro. I think that will do me! Great event.

Awesome mate, you made that look quite easy tbf, compared to other vids i've watched.
Have you had much experience in sand? i've entered into the next one but i've not been on sand yet.

I have done the Weston beach race 4 times now (that’s the only sand I have ridden on) ah good luck 😂 just keep your weight back and keep it upright and keep it moving! Ride your own race at your pace and you’ll be alright👌

How much fuel did you end up using?
Did you go through a lot of goggles?

Used about 13lt, got through 3 sets of goggles normally only use 2 pairs but it was exceptionally wet this year 💦
