If you ask me Axl was the real hero of Rev 2. He had the choice of going back to his timeline but he didn't want to destroy the world even it mean he would reunite with his girlfriend, which was his goal ever since his debut.
he always felt like a random bloke who stumbled upon a huge war, not many stories make these characters that have world destroying powers but only a humble wish good, most of them are annoying. Axl is one of the exceptions
It's actually unique for if you listen closely, Axl's voice has an english accent. Sort of. Usually its hard to hear any accent, but here, this is golden.

He's even worse. Johnny's green shit is only super strong against 1 guy. Axl legit can stop time now for everyone around him... and theoretically I think he could just "wish" someone out of existence if he really wanted to. He's like fucking Timmy from the Fairy Odd Parents but with no rules to hold him down lmao
