This is the original version of The Binding Of Isaac (Wrath of the Lamb) aka Flash Isaac with hard mode turned on (Eternal Edition) playing as Eve for unlocks, I am going for 100% before returning to Repentance mods. I ended up with the guppy transformation, the nail, book of revelation etc, was fun. Music is just the in-game Binding of Isaac (2011) OST.

Him forgetting to unzoom his camera is truly a killysunt moment.
Here's a quick rundown for super secret rooms:
They can only be attached to one, non special room(excluding the secret room, they can spawn attached to 2 rooms in this case).
Special rooms are any room with an icon.
They usually aren't worth it, other than the fortune teller or the trinket room.
The only one you can really guarantee a super secret room on is basement 1.
