Yes, they are now conducting soil testing in Davao side of the start of construction. The only remaining problem is SAMAL side where there is opposition among beach operators. Thank you

i have question, why is the half stretch of the coastal road project is almost made of or shadowed by BRIDGES esp., from boulevard going r castillo.. it ain't coastal road anymore but a coastal bridge road hehe & almost like a fly-over looking rather than a typical road..
It can be done actually without the two major bridges but not without the minor bridges because the entire 18-km stretch of the coastal areas are fishing villages. The minor bridges were designed also as navigating channel for the fisher folks. Good observation anyway. Thanks
