👌 great interview guys
Thanks for inviting me on Joe and being such a good host, never done anything like this before (and was quite nervous about it) but you made it such a nice experience.
Look forward to following your adventures and collaborating again in the future 😉🏆
Thanks Liam, hopefully the first of many collaborations.
Fab. Loved it. Really decent interview well conducted. So interesting to hear Liam's story.
Thanks Lau!

Excellent interview guys..

Are there any plans to cover the daily lives of ordinary Japanese hobbyists?
No one has ever featured them before, only breeders and certain dealers.
I would absolutely love to, however I need to get to Japan first!
@@TheKoiPerspective Ask them why no one has a microscope or has ever touched a test kit! And, of course, what they think of the feeding period!
@@atsuminaoki9910 do you think that because it is natural water rather than water with chlorine and heavy metals and high TDS has a lot to do with it? Personally I do.
@@TheKoiPerspective I only experienced this in Cheshire a long time ago. Of course, there I was surprised by the presence of blanket weed and calcium on the electronic kettle. However, after a lot of fine-tuning and feeding, giving the KOI the same seasonality as in Japan while prioritising their swimming and behaviour, I was able to create pond water full of shiny aerobic bacteria, just as I had done in Japan. Recent footage from Ricky at KWS and A&C KOI confirms that this is possible in other areas. While there are certainly differences in water quality with Japan, the most significant differences are the unplanned disregard for seasonality and the absence of the practice of observing and judging the KOI itself, which is a crucial difference.
Atsumi, please contact me about arranging an interview! joe@thekoiperspective.com
