Help me to get this. So we need to release emotions caused by symptoms. How do we do this? By intentionally focusing on symptoms or do we go general, like meditating to make peace in our body?
When emotions rise up, Let go of the thoughts/ideas/ emotions you've placed on top of the symptoms, because those are unloving judgements/stories about the symptom. Be with the emotion fully without needing to change it. He's got some videos on surrendering and letting go.
I get it all and then some, but what if your issue is with the eyes? Getting confirmation of your problem every second you're awake and then having to convince yourself its ok and you're getting better. Good luck 😂 Not to mention your boss doesn't care. I'd rather spend all my time meditating like some, but I simply can't. Bills don't pay themselves.
