- This request was in memory of a subscriber's grandmother that always kept a candy dish on the table. She remembers that grandma would let her sort them and pick out a couple of pieces. (This grandma lets you pick out 5!) LOL. Who doesn't love candy and the sound of those great crinkly wrappers?! Enjoy the memories and the sounds they make.

my grandparents never had one of those, but one day my mum took me to visit some people and they had a candy dish. They told me I could grab anything from it if I wanted but it only contained stale caramels and mints 😭

Not only my grandmother but my whole family! In the living room there has to be atleast one type of food on the table, wheter its candy or some treats. When i was a kid i would rummage through all of them to look for my favorite brand or flavor and took five pieced. Now thaf im older though, i could only take 10 (what ? Just becaude i grow doesnf mean that i stop stealing all the candy)
Ivah! 😂😂 now that we’re older we should know better and eat less candy! But do I do that? Noooo ! 😂 sweets and chips are my downfall. 😳
I only eat candy when im visiting my relatives lol, besides i need to be a good little sister for my siblings and take as much candy as posibble

Rebecca! This is fantastic! First off, I'd love to have that red rotary phone! Times were much simpler when we were growing up. Secondly, the crinkly sounds of the candy give me chills it sounds so good. I'd love to be sitting there with you picking through the candy dish. How fun! This video was Theresa’s personal memory. She had the same memories as I did so it was pretty easy to agree on what I should do. I truly believe that the sounds are just as big a part of our childhood memories as the sight and the taste.
Oh the nostalgia with this one. The butterscotch candies were always my favorites even as a kid (when my mom actually started letting me have hard candy, that is…she was afraid of me choking, understandably so) lovely sounds as usual, Miss Rebecca!

Grandma was so good to me. She always had my Butterscotch candy and 2 favorite ice creams ready when I came to visit.
She saved my life as a little girl as I was choking on a butterscotch candy. She knew the Hiemlich manuver and got the candy out. ❤️

Love the video, as always! What would you say is your go to grandma candy? I’m only 28 but when I’m a grandma mine will be those little strawberry candies. I always loved them and my grandmother always kept them in her purse. ❤️❤️
My grandma always had gumdrops. But I am old! My go-to candy for my grandkids is chewing gum. And sometimes chocolate. My mother never had candy around for my kids. She had lots of love though! The strawberry candy and butterscotch is timeless.

My cousin and I used to spend a week every summer together at camp. She would make a scavenger hunt for me and the prize was always a green hard wrapped candy as those were my favs. I have a crystal dish with a collection of glass wrapped candy in memory of that special time

Dang that candy looks good! I’ve been off sugar since April 1 to lose twenty pounds before my knee replacement surgery in July. I miss Twizzlers Pull n Peel licorice the most. Maybe I’ll have a piece of licorice after the procedure. Your nail polish rocks BTW. Greetings from Huntington Beach CA.

@@RebeccasBeautifulASMRAddiction Since my husband has passed I will need someone 7-10 days or they will send me to rehab. No way. I’ve heard too many horror stories from our patients. I want my own bed with my own pillows. Im paying for the airline ticket of a long time friend to fly out from NC since he’s losing 10 days pay coming here. I’ll find out my surgery date on the 14th of this month. This has been a a 12 year ordeal and I’m now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I just hurt so much now. I’ll give ya a heads up before it happens. 🙋♀️
