This bought back lovely memories from a trip not long ago. Brussels is a fairly easy city to navigate. I just got confused taking the train from the airport to the city center. I would love to go back and see all of the same beautiful places. Brussels is truly international and not as hectic as London or Paris.
Really a wonderful & vibrant city in Europe. It's great walking down the streets and feel the beauty & spirit of the places, the buildings, shops and all kinds of people. I visited long back, but still cherish the nice memory of my short stay.

Your remark is completely clichéand applies only to the historic centre of the munipicality. You completely ignore the middle-class neighbourhoods of Molenbeek. Just make a search on 'Karreveld Castle' or 'Scheutbos park' and you'll discover the Molenbeek beyond the stereotypes.
