I know that this video isn't about Super Brawl 3 : Good Vs Evil, but who do you think was the worst & best fans? I was trying to find a SB3 : GVE Fans Tier List, but I haven't found one.
Attacks slowly and has a finnicky special. I still think people hate him too much, as spamming his special is a pretty decent way of pestering bigger characters, especially Plankton. If anything Timmy is the worst, beacuse he lacks any unique gimmicks or niche ways of using him and he's overall a boring character in game.

Considering that I mained Skipper and Monkey as a kid, and always thought Kyle was super OP, seeing those three in S tier is oddly validating.
I think Dr. Blowhole would be in C. If you battling against Chum Chum you can't punch him, only kicking. Special is decent, but super is good.

Danny is F-tier. Danny got nerfed too hard.
All you have to do to beat Otis is have an attack with decent range. His special is slow, so you won't have to worry about him spamming it.
Some characters can't beat otis. I main Classic Spongebob and his projectile works so yea
you forgot to mention blowhole's super, which is a water projectile that was immediate death if you had low health
