Argus have critical damage already but if you want to know 1_crit damage work on mages fighters mms and jugglers 2_atack speed build for fighters who have a life steel or healing abilities 3_for fighter/tank heros you must build 3 item atack speed(speed boot) another 3 item for critical or some items who stop them for life steel Hope this things help you because I play argus for 3 years
Boots allow you to chase and rub away from enemy when you don't have your ultimate to fight or to chase enemy trying to run away from you. But you can sell it in late game to prioritize attack speed or damage depending on the situation

Hey arg suggestion from an argus main but since your using golden staff wouldnt it make more sense to use sea halberd instead of windtalker?
