Indian government have to fix the national minimum wage. those wages should be paid in by hourly basis . those pays should be paid through bank account . if any one has been paid more than 10000 INR. for each and every paise earning more than 10000 inr they have to pay tax of 20 percent . under 10000 should be tax free. And job should be permanent contracted if any employer pays the wage in hand those company should be penalized . or should be sealed for 3 months. but they should not stop the employers wages there should be maternity and paternity pay should be fixed by the government. employers have to follow. those taxes earned by the government should be used for job seekers pay, free medical, below average family maintenance. the government have to stop the free stuff providing to the people if above wants to be made .. the people have to wake up .. indian media only saying that india is growing but outside india ( all over the world ) laughing at india .. india is getting sick coz of politician. +Haja Vagabou DON'T YOU KNOW THAT both men and women especially don't have pay any tax if they earn less than 2.5 lacs per annum. But yes, women are paid less all over the world NOT just in india. But it is fast changing.
+Haja Vagabou I don't want to hurt any one doding the same Job what i did in India and in abroad they are paying 2 lakhs per month which our country they used to pay 25 thousand per month. So what differ here our government fails to protect employee rights. Back here employee rights is important and they protect from employers. God save our country and the people.
Human right situation what you are talking do you know more than 20 lakhs Indians living in middle east and they feel 200 times safer than India. I love my country but coming to safety please dont compare middle east with India. Here i can roam even after 1 PM alone with family. Here we are talking about pay equality Indian labour law is to protect adanis and ambanins not ordinary people. Their is huge pay equality in India that what people are leaving other countries to save their future. I came here 6 yrs before now i own almost 1 Cr wroth properties which i cant even imagine in India. This country has given me all wealth just at the age of 30!! Do you know middle level manager over here are paid more than 7 lakhs where if, we are getting 50 K in India they will destroy the life with stressful tasks. MNCs are using Indian work fore for their favors where as they paying penny!!!! So what you say middle east country helping India with cash flow all my savings saved in NRI/NRO account!!!
